Labeling Heads

ERDA is in collaboration since 1995 with well-known Italian producer of self-adhesive labeling systems, namely AL TECH. ERDA equips all labeling machines with high technology labeling heads of AL TECH. High labeling precision and 80 meter/minute speed (over 1.000 labels/minute) can be achieved by stepping motor driven labeling heads. The labeling heads can be equipped with microswitch for transparent labels, near end-of-label web warning, vacuum/air blow applicators, hot foil printer, motor driven label dispensing system for 400mm label rolls, speed adjustment with encoder and motor driven backing paper rewinder.
