Print & apply systems are used to print fixed and variable data such as barcode, product-producer-delivery information on labels and apply top, front, side or back surfaces of moving or still cases, pallets and bundles. The print & apply systems are equipped with various models of SATO thermal transfer printers. Air blow, contact tamp, rotary arm and swinging label applicators are available according to modality of application. |

Case Labeling Systems Print & apply systems can be delivered as stand alone units for labeling aside existing product conveyors as well as complete systems with conveyor bands. Air blow applicators, tamp applicators for contact labeling, swinging or rotary arm applicators are available for top, front, side or back surface labeling as well as corner labeling.
Grafic software can be supplied for SATO printers. These softwares enable to create labels under WINDOWS using texts, graphics and barcode typologies. Real time units are available for variable data (sequential numbering, date and time) printing. |

Pallet Labeling Systems Various print & apply systems are configured for labeling front, side or back surfaces of moving or still pallets. On request, robotic systems can be designed for two adjacent side labeling of the pallets. |
