EFEED-COUNT Friction Feeder with Counter

EFEED-COUNT Friction feeder is used to feed carton labels, vertical pouches, cards and the like.

EFEED card feeder feeds cards, cartons, vertical pouchs to the conveyor belt where the products are placed in product magazine. Thus products are fed to the conveyor belt with a pre-adjusted gap.

Innovative design of EFEED-COUNT card feeder permits easy adjustment for varying product thickness and width. Speed adjustment provides precise gapping adjustment necessitated by the type of application.

It is possible to stop EFEED-COUNT card feeder by external signal on request.

EFEED-COUNT is servo-motor driven, PLC controlled with 4,3″ color touch-screen.

Multi-language menu incorporates Turkish, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portugese.

OPERATING MODES:

CONTINUOUS: Feeder starts feeding by pressing START button and stops when STOP button is pressed

NUMBER OF PRODUCTS: Feeder starts feeding by pressing START button and stops when pre-adjusted number of products are fed

AUTO REPEAT: Feeder starts feeding by pressing START button and stops when pre-adjusted number of products are fed. After pre-adjusted PAUSE period, feeder recycles.
